Cooking with Giuseppina
Fusing the Italian flair with locally sourced ingredients from les marchés paysans, you will learn to cook delicious and elegant meals and go home with unforgettable memories.
Giuseppina Mabilia was born near Venice, Italy. She brings her Italian sensibilities into everything she does, which includes her passion for cooking. Like so many artists before her, she came to Provence and fell in love the natural beauty and bounty of the region and decided to call it home.
One serendipitous day, a friend asked if she could do some cooking for them over the holidays and soon Giuseppina was cooking as a private chef and offering classes to people who wanted some of the magic that Giuseppina discovered that is unique to Provence.
COOKING CLASSES WITH MARKET DAY
Begin the day with Giuseppina at one of the bountiful local markets. After an invigorating morning of shopping and selecting fresh, local ingredients, you will return to Giuseppina’s charming Provençal house to prepare a delicious and healthy lunch.

You’re invited to chez Giuseppina for a cooking class that will inspire you to bring a little bit of Provence magic back home. WHEN: Wednesday & Fridays TIME: 10am - 4pm or 4pm - 10pm CLASS SIZE: 6-8 (10 maximum)

ALL ABOUT TRUFFLES
This special class will be held in the afternoon followed by dinner. Giuseppina will teach you the best way to incorporate truffles for an appetizer, a starter, a main and a side dish. WHEN: Summer • Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays TIME: 4pm - 10:30pm
